Michaels

Michaels -So disappointed in the Class I signed up for, as no one bothered to even show up to teach the class. SItting in there glass classroom waiting alone, being stared at by 3 employees that walked past and all the customers in line to check out. No employee checked on me as to why I was in this room for so long by myself. I was embarrassed to say the least. I felt I was in their time out room. I called the store and asked where the instructor was and the person snicked that I was sitting in the store and no one was there. They had taken my money in advance so I had to ask for that back. They said do you want to come in on Sunday as the instructor said she will show up then. NO THANK YOU! Offered me a free class after telling me that the computer should not have even let me sign up for the class if it wasnt 24 hour notice. Pretty sure I was in the right time frame and felt like they were trying to blame me for signing up and paying in advance. I wont fall for that again. MIchaels I am disappointed you don't have better procedures in place and the very least better training on helping your customers. I even went in early and told an employee I was there for the class and asked what supplies I was suppose to buy and that employee said I had to wait for the instructor. Of course the 2 times she looked at me outside the window after the class was suppose to start she never thought that hey, the instructor never should up and maybe I should help this lady.
